We are proud to present photos from regular monthly performances of the students of the jazz and popular music department at the jazz club “Das Boot” in Belgrade.
This useful cooperation between Faculty of music in Belgrade and Institution of culture Steamboat, within the regular concert annual plan and activities of the Faculty. On such a way students are gaining necessary practice and a place to show what and how they know.



Within the second “publishing tour” from the Tempus Project Funds five new books will be published at the Faculty of Music until the end of 2014.


2014, July, 24th At the premises of the Faculty of Music in Belgrade a TV shooting was done in cooperation with partners from the Serbian broadcasting company (RTS) in order to promote Project results achieved so far.
Special attention was dedicated to new and redesigned study programs and their adjustment with the European standards.
Recorded material will be broadcasted in various TV formats in the following weeks.

Humanitarian concert of the teachers and students from the Jazz & Popular music department of the Faculty of Music in Belgrade (June 2, Kolarac Foundation)

Performers: ensembles of Rastko Obradović, Nemanja Zlatarev, Dušan Vukmirović, Filip Bulatović and ensemble of the teachers from the Jazz & Popular music department.

Program: jazz standars, bee bop and hard bop

All the funds are for helping flood victims in Serbia.


The second meeting of the Project Board for Quality Control, Assessment and Monitoring (PBQCAM) was held  at the premises of the Faculty of Music in Belgrade.

Members of the PBQCAM are:

  • AEC – Mr. Jeremy Cox, chief executive
  • UA – Mrs. Ivana Perković, associate professor at the Musicology department
  • UNS – Miss. Branislava Trifunović, student
